I’m part of Mercor’s founding team. I joined as engineer #2 in 2023 and grew from hands-on engineering into technical leadership. Today, I lead five engineers across India and San Francisco.

Leading five engineers across India and San Francisco. My scope spans the Work Platform, Work Mobile App, Team Platform, and shared UI infrastructure—from proposals and architecture through delivery, reliability, and hiring.

Grew from frontend work into full-stack engineering and technical leadership, building alongside Mercor’s founders and engineers as the company and its products evolved.
